Pleas note: pre-order only: this publication is launching in September 2026.
The Way of Leadership focuses upon the process of leading in uncertain times. As leaders journey through a metaphorical wilderness, what are the waypoints or markers which can help them navigate and lead? Drawing on five ethical principles, we have collaborated with Professsor Josh Hordern, an ethicist from Oxford University, to tell the story of five waypoints for leaders in this publication.
Published annually, Illuminaire Press is a beautifully curated collection of the best of leadership research and data, as well as insightful interviews with leaders from around the globe and inspiring stories. Volume Three follows on from our first two publications: Strong and Healthy Leadership (Volume One) and Leading in the Grey Zone (Volume Two).
This issue features bespoke artwork by Cornwall-based artist Jon White (jonwhiteart.com), as well as stunning photography throughout its pages. An inspirational keepsake - buy a copy for yourself, and pay it forward by purchasing one for a friend!
