The old era has passed, and a new era is emerging - we are living in the grey zone. In these deep waters, leaders need to be explorers, not observers.
Leading in the Grey Zone is about leadership in the unknowns of rapidly shifting eras : what does it take to lead in the face of great change and unpredictability? These pages consider the leadership response-ability of the “me” (leading self), “we” (leading teams and organisations) and “all of us” (leading in the larger eco-system) to help leaders develop the courage and capacity to be makers in a new and uncertain world.
Iluminaire Press was created to provider leaders with practical knowledge, inspiration and a deeper understsanding of what it means to lead effectively in today’s world. Each volume features research articles, interviews, and stories - accompanied by bespoke art and beautiful photography.

Coaching for Leaders

Coming in September 2025: we are launching an executive coaching option for leaders, with Illuminaire coach Allison Hutchinson. Allison brings over 30 years of business leadership experience to executive coaching, with a track record of empowering personal success through better habit installations and developing a growth mindset. He has a Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching from the Association of Executive Coaching and is a qualified counsellor by the British Association of Counselling Psychotherapy.
